Item Description:

This HY-6E-240-1 HyPerSteam convection steamer is an electric unit that runs at 240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 75 Amps for 18 kW and hardwiring is required.

The interior and exterior as well as the stand, pan support racks, and condensate collection tray on this steamer are all made with durable stainless steel and the exterior is uniformly polished to a #3 finish. The stainless steel door on this steamer is insulated and features a strong continuous hinge that can be reversed in the field to swing open left or right.
