Item Description:

The HY-6E-208-3 is the HyPerSteam 2-compartment stainless steel electric pressureless steamer from Groen with a 22" wide cabinet base, twin 9 kW atmospheric electric generators, and the capacity for 3 pans (12" x 20" x 2 1/2" deep) in each compartment.

This steamer unit has 2 steam generators that each have a replaceable 9 kW heating element. The compartments in this steamer each feature a side-mounted blower to push steam evenly and efficiently throughout the chamber and between pans.
