Item Description:

VC55GD Double Deck Full Size Natural Gas Convection Oven with Solid State Controls comes with a stainless steel front, sides, top and legs; as well as independently operated stainless steel doors with double pane windows. Non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom and doors.

The product features porcelain enamel on steel oven interiors with one interior oven light per section. There are five nickel plated oven racks per section, measuring 28-1/4" x 20-1/2" with grab-and-go front cut out. In addition, there are 11 position nickel plated rack guides with positive rack stops.

Each section features a 50,000 BTU/hr burner, for a total of 100,000 BTU/hr. Electronic spark igniters are included. The oven is furnished with a two speed 1/2 H.P. oven blower motor per section, as well as a switch for rapid cool down. The unit requires a 120V, 60Hz, 1ph power supply. There are 7.7 amps total draw per section.
