Item Description:

The Southbend 4481EE-2TR_NAT gas range boasts stainless steel construction for its shelf, sides, and front. The cooking surface employs cast iron grates that can handle any type of pan or pot, and the burners host a non-clog design that allows for the constant and consistent flow of gas. The addition of the griddle lends the versatility of cooking on a flat surface for dishes served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with an extra spot to put pots and pans. There is a standing pilot that makes igniting the oven easier, as well as a shut-off valve located in the front of the appliance near the burner control knobs. The thermostatic controls let you accurately determine the amount of heat needed. The convection motor is built for high efficiency baking and roasting, with a split phase motor and overload protection, while the stainless steel cabinet will provide storage for pots and pans. The door is spring-balanced, so it will stay open.
