The 60-quart-capacity bowl of the Hobart HL600-70STD all-purpose mixer swings out to facilitate loading, and it's protected with a bowl guard to reduce the risk of injury. It comes with a beater for mixing fondant and sauces, a whip to make meringue and whipped cream, and a dough hook to handle bread and pizza dough. Because of the Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls, operators can switch between four speeds mid-cycle.

Using a gear-driven transmission, this Hobart HL600-70STD planetary mixer is resilient and operates daily with minimal downtime needed. The mixer recalls previous time settings automatically so employees can repeat the last used recipe exactly as it was before. It counts down from 20 minutes using a SmartTimer™, which ensures consistency while preventing overmixing.
