2011 Taylor C713 Ice Cream Machine. Top of the line Taylor gravity fed machine, it is easy to set up and use. It can be adjusted to make ice cream, frozen custard, gelato, or yogurt by using different air orifices, several that we purchased separately are included with this machine. It has two hoppers for different flavors and a twist. This is the hard-to-find SINGLE-PHASE, AIR-COOLED floor unit, making it energy efficient and cost-effective. The machine was used for a few years and worked great, but we upgraded to a different machine with a higher capacity. This unit has been in garage storage for the past 6 years, this machine was always serviced and well maintained by Taylor when it was in use. We kept it as a back-up in case our other machine went down. We recently sold our business and no longer need it. This unit was manufactured in the United States and is high-quality to provide consistent and reliable performance.
