Delivery Restrictions
We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all eligible orders. Please be aware that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports, and Jurong Island.
International Deliveries
We ship to most countries where our logistics partners operate. Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and volume. To view the list of countries we deliver to and the associated charges, please visit the checkout page. Our system will automatically compute delivery costs based on your address without requiring payment or registration.
Order Status & Tracking
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Local Deliveries
For our local customers, we offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Courier: FREE for all local orders, with an estimated delivery time of 5 working days.
- Express Courier: Available for an additional charge of $4.00, with an estimated delivery time of 3 working days.
Delivery scheduling is flexible, with options from 9 am to 10 pm on weekdays or Saturdays, regardless of the courier choice.

International Deliveries
International delivery times vary based on our logistics partners and their affiliates. You can track your international order status using the provided tracking information.
