What types of warranties are available through Cardinal?

Cardinal offers a parts support warranty if any part is needed for repair.  . If the product fails, Cardinal will reimburse you for the amount you paid for the part, minus shipping and tax.  Cardinal reserves the right to quote the part first, and to source a used part as well.

Will I receive a confirmation email for my warranty purchase?

Yes. Cardinal will email you directly within 24-48 hours after completing your warranty purchase. The email includes details specific to your warranty, including the warranty details, coverage length, and maximum coverage amount. 

How am I covered?

For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered part. 

Do I need to register my warranty?

No Cardinal automatically records your plan within 1 day of your purchase date.
